I have been seeing Tom for just over a year now. Like most people I have dieted and seen my weight go up and down, but importantly have not been able to sustain the results. What's been different this time? A more holistic approach, recognising that diet, exercise and getting your head in the right place to make long term change was required. Through working with Tom, he has made me realise I don't need to miss out on the things I really enjoy, but to help you adjust your thinking and adapt how you do things. At first, dare I say the exercise was a chore, more because I was self conscious, but Tom encouraged me and made it fun.
Whilst in the early days, Tom was my number one person for support, as my confidence grew I joined in other classes, have made good friends with a shared goal and we have a great time. More importantly, the results show, losing weight, a changing bodyshape and feeling comfortable in my own skin. I have a busy job, travelling and working long hours, my mental well-being along with the physical changes have made such a difference to me.

An initial 15 minute consultation will be arranged with you and Tom, where you'll record

My name is Tom and I created this company to help answer the questions we all seek for permanent weight loss and life long health. Why should you spend your life battling weight related health conditions? You are here to live life to the fullest. From my own experience, I understand that there is much more to health and sustainable weight loss than dieting. My mission is to help clients discover easy, sustainable and fun solutions to permanent results, by offering personalised nutritional advice and exercise programmes, along with fun and effective fitness classes. And with that comes our wonderful community of fantastic members. After my own struggle with obesity, I discovered the psychological factors around food, thoughts, feelings and how Self awareness & self worth are fundamental principles that affect our long term health and adherence to important goals.
