 TOTAL BODY HiiT is a full-body workout. 

This class ideal if you want to burn fat while working on your physical appearance. The class consists of rigorous interval training sequences with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenged and walk out feeling strong. All levels welcome as alternative exercises will be 

offered.

BOXING BOOTCAMP

Work in teams or pairs and encourage your fellow Bootcamper to do their best. This bootcamp is a mixture of Boxing, Circuit Training, Rope runs, Tyre flips, Sled pulls, you name it, you'll enjoy this alternative workout after a mind numbing week at work. A workout like no other, whatever the weather!

All levels welcome as alternative exercises will be offered.

WEIGHT LOSS WARRIORS 

Is a Beginners Bootcamp for those who’d like to exercise, losing weight and have fun. 

Yes, it’s possible!

Each session will last approximately 1 hour and is suitable for Men and Women of beginner to intermediate fitness levels. This is a TEAM bootcamp style class, designed for YOU. During the session you can expect fun games and a challenging but rewarding workout with a good team spirit.
You’ll have regular rest periods and teaching points will be given to help increase your confidence while achieving amazing results.

Hi, Welcome to prepare2lose.

My name is Tom and I created this company to help answer the questions we all seek for permanent weight loss and life long health. Why should you spend your life battling weight related health conditions? You are here to live life to the fullest. From my own experience, I understand that there is much more to health and sustainable weight loss than dieting. My mission is to help clients discover easy, sustainable and fun solutions to permanent results, by offering personalised nutritional advice and exercise programmes, along with fun and effective fitness classes. And with that comes our wonderful community of fantastic members.  After my own struggle with obesity, I discovered the psychological factors around food, thoughts, feelings and how Self awareness & self worth are fundamental principles that affect our long term health and adherence to important goals. I have developed a plan for action and achievements towards optimal health. More than just a diet or quick fix. Feel free to contact me and ask me anything.

I have been seeing Tom for just over a year now. Like most people I have dieted and seen my weight go up and down, but importantly have not been able to sustain the results. What's been different this time?  A more holistic approach, recognising that diet, exercise and getting your head in the right place to make long term change was required.   Through working with Tom, he has made me realise I don't need to miss out on the things I really enjoy, but to help you adjust your thinking and adapt how you do things.  At first, dare I say the exercise was a chore, more because I was self conscious, but Tom encouraged me and made it fun. 

Whilst in the early days, Tom was my number one person for support, as my confidence grew I joined in other classes, have made good friends with a shared goal and we have a great time.  More importantly, the results show, losing weight, a changing bodyshape and feeling comfortable in my own skin. I have a busy job, travelling and working long hours, my mental well-being along with the physical changes have made such a difference to me. 

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough, and wish I'd made this change long ago.

FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy


Fitness Classes (Bootcamp, TBHiiT & Boxercise). 

We require 24 hour notice for cancellation of any Fitness Classes. 

This can be made directly to us at prepare2lose@gmail.com. If notice isn’t given, you may lose that booking, and no refund will take place.


If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your class and correct notice is given, we will credit your account, for future use. 


Refund policy


Fitness Classes (All Bootcamps & Boxercise).

Prepare2lose reserve the right to refuse any refund, unless the following reasons occur: Pregnancy - Serious illness - Serious injury - you must contact prepare2lose in this case; we may ask you to provide proof of pregnancy, illness, injury. Any refunds or extensions are at the discretion of the owner Thomas Watson.
