7:00PM - TUESDAYS @ THE WARMAN SPORTS CLUB
9AM - SUNDAYS @ NORMAN PARK
Each session will last approximately 1 hour and is suitable for Men and Women of beginner to intermediate fitness levels. This is a bootcamp style class designed for YOU. During the session you can expect a good workout with rest periods and teaching points to help you exercise safety. NO SHOUTING OR ROLLING IN MUD, unless you want to that is!
Over the course of the hour (which fly's by) you can expect some gentle cardio at the start to get you warmed up. Then resistance, core strength & stability exercises throughout the session with a gentle cool down at the end. We have had great success with our current clients, some were new to fitness while others are getting back to their best! You can be achieving your own personal goals with this beginner friendly class.
